Camp Forktail Creek |
|
Camp Forktail Creek in Corbett welcomes you to the ultimate forest experience. With mixed dense deciduous forests all around, this camp is situated in the village of Bhakrakot, on the northeastern periphery of the Corbett Tiger Reserve. Rich in wildlife and avian life, this  camp is named after the Forktails which visit the forests every winter.
Accommodation in Camp Forktail Creek :
Camp Forktail Creek features 12 luxury safari styled tents. The tents are raised on wooded platforms with a private sundeck to each one. The attached semi tiled toilets offer running cold water. Hot water is supplied in the mornings and evenings in buckets. Being a forest camp, Camp Forktail Creek uses lanters and oil lamps in the nights. Absence of electricity heightens the effect as the forest night life comes alive with the sound of animal calls and footsteps.
Dining at Camp Forktail Creek :
Built in grass and wood, The Thatch, is the dining and lounge area. The restaurant serves moth watering variety of Indian and Continental cuisines.
Around the dining area is the campfire pit and barbecue area. You can enjoy some truly worth moments after the sun goes down.

It’s time for some jungle jamboree. Indulge in wildlife adventure as the team of resident naturalists and trackers accompany you. Open 4 x 4's are used for game drives into the national park.
