Destination : Delhi - Corbett - Jaipur - Delhi
Day 01 : Arrival at Delhi
As you arrive at Delhi Airport you will be welcomed by our representative with complete Indian hospitality for a tour of the country planned under this Corbett with Taj Mahal Tour. You then will be transferred to a hotel where you will spend the rest of the night for relaxation after the long journey on tour of India.
Day 02 : At Delhi
Post breakfast guests will be driving for a city sightseeing tour of the region which will include a visit to all the famous tourist spots of the region. Your Delhi tour will begin with a visit to the marvellous red sandstone edifice of Red Fort followed by other attractions of Old Delhi such as Jama Masjid- largest mosque in India, Rajghat- the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi and concluding with the drive to Chandini Chowk.
The rest part of the day will bring an opportunity to view some of the most magnificent monuments of New Delhi including Parliament House, the war memorial India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03 : Delhi - Corbett
The third day of this wildlife tour will begin with an appetizing meal for rejuvenating the tired guests for another journey ahead. Thereafter guests will be driving to Corbett National Park and lunch will be served en route. On your arrival at Corbett National Park you will find our representative eagerly awaiting you to welcome you to the jungle resort where you will reside for the night. The beautiful environs of the park are surely mesmerizing and are perfect for relaxation especially after a tiring journey; hence you will be taken for a walk along the River Kosi.
Day 04 : At Corbett National Park
On this day of jungle tour in North India guests will be provided with a whole day of safari inside the park. Post breakfast gear up for an enthralling tour of the wilds at Corbett where you will proceed towards Dhikala by Canter also visiting Corbett Museum on the way. After this safari guests will be safely transferred to their hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05 : At Corbett
Enjoy a traditional meal at the hotel and get ready for another joy ride in the national park on this morning of Corbett tour. On this day guests will be visiting the enticing vistas of the park which has witnessed highest growth rate in the population of Tigers in India. Return to the hotel in the evening for night stay.
Day 06 : Corbett National Park - Jaipur (260 Kms, 05-06 Hrs Drive)
After an early breakfast, leave for Jaipur - The Pink City : Jaipur needed a fresh coat of paint to welcome its distinguished guest the Prince of Wales in 1905-6. The contractor inability to supply any other color in the required quantity compelled the choice of pink shade for its walls. A contractor’s compulsion famed Jaipur to Pinkcity. Since then the pink color is associated with hospitality in Rajput culture. Arrive Jaipur and check-in at hotel.
Day 07 : Jaipur
After an early breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance.
Amber Fort : At a distance of 11 kms from Jaipur, Amber was the ancient capital of Jaipur state. Construction of the fort began in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, the Rajput commander of Akbar's army and is a superb example of Rajput architecture. Afternoon, city tour of Jaipur.
Visit the City Palace which has museum having an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamel ware and weapons.
Jantar Mantar - the observatory built my Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728 and the Hawa Mahal ( Palace Of Winds), Ram Niwas Garden.
Day 08 : Jaipur - Delhi
After breakfast, Depart for Delhi for onward. |
